Executive Committee is the collective body of the Agency responsible to control and to make decisions on a several issues related to its operation.
The Executive Committee consists of the president, the vice-president and five (5) members of the board of directors elected alone with their substitute members. The President and Vice-President of the executive committee are elected by absolute majority of the members of the Board of Directors. The term of office of the members of the Executive Committee follows the term of office of the members of the municipal council. The members of the Executive Committee are recalled by decision taken by absolute majority of the members of the Board of Directors.
The Executive committee is convened by the president and, in case of obstruction, by the vice-president. It meets whenever required at least once per month aavorumisis reached when at least four (4) members are present. Its decisions are taken by simple majority. The members of the executive committee to not participate in discussion and decision making on issues concerning their spouses or persons, with whom they are related third-desree relativeor legal persons with whom they have relationship of work, command or else, or participate, directly or indirectly, in their share capital.
The Executive Committee:
- Executes the responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Decides on apply or refrain from any administrative appeal, judiciary means.
- It assigns jurisdiction to lawyers for any judiciary or extra-judiciary actions or provide Legal advice.
- The Executive Committee may refer to the Board to Directors for any issue, upon judgement.
